Refunds and Returns:

All of the items sole are custom made by hand, and are tailored to your personal preference. As a result of this, we do not offer refunds which is in accordance with the DSSR, relating to custom made items. We do accept exchanges if the wrong size is ordered, or if there is a fault with your product. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to raise any issues, so that an appropriate resolution can be reached. Please be advised that we currently only ship to the UK.

Custom Made:

Each item sold on RLAccessories is hand customised by myself. The picture shown on this store may differ slightly to the product you receive due to each one being made individually and by hand. You can request for an item to be made solely from scratch if you have a particular design in mind. If extra materials are required, then an additional charge may apply. If you would like something made from scratch, please contact us first via the contact page with details of what you would like and this can be arranged. 

How long does delivery take?

Due to the nature of the product, delivery can take up to 14 working days (excluding bank holidays). This is down to the time it takes to make each item and then the average Royal Mail delivery times. Each item will be posted First Class with proof of postage. If after 14 working days you have not received your item, please contact us and an official Royal Mail claim will be opened. Please be advised that we currently only ship to the UK.

How can I pay?

We accept paypal payments only. However, if you do wish to pay via an alternative method, please contact us before ordering and this can be arranged.
